CHEESE LOG 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, room temperature
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Paprika

Mix Cheddar cheese and cream cheese (with hands). Add nuts and garlic powder. Mix well. Sprinkle paprika on wax paper. Make 1 1/2 x 6 inch log from part of mixture. Roll log in paprika to coat outside. Refrigerate. Makes about four 6 inch logs.
