HAM CHEESE LOGS 
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 1/2 oz. can deviled ham
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Put Cheddar cheese and cream cheese in a small mixing bowl, beat until blended. Mix in devil ham. Stir in olives and chill. Shape into two 8 inch logs. Roll in pecans.
