CHEESE LOG OR BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper (bell)
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. seasoning salt

Combine cheese, 1/2 cup pecans, remaining ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Roll in remaining pecans. Form in a ball or 2 logs.
