CHEESE BURGER MEAT LOAF 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. bread crumbs
4 tbsp. (1/2 c.) chopped onion
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. ground chuck
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Combine eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Allow to stand 5 minutes. Add ground chuck and onion; mix well. Place half the mixture in 8 inch square pan; top with grated cheese. Cover with remainder of meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Yield: 9 servings.
