CHEESE MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. bread crumbs
1 1/4 c. tomato sauce (15 oz. can)
1 egg
1 sm. onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground sage
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 slices cheese

Mix all ingredients except cheese. Spray a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan with Pam. Spread half the mixture in the pan. Place cheese slices over the mixture. Cover with the rest of the mixture. If you have some leftover tomato sauce, spread on top. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
