CHEESE MEATLOAF | |
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground chuck 1 sm. onion 1/2 bell pepper 4 oz. cheddar cheese 2 slices bread 1 egg 1 can diced Rotel tomatoes 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. salt Chop onion and bell pepper; cut cheese into tiny cubes. Pour Rotel tomatoes over bread slices; add all ingredients with ground chuck and mix thoroughly. Bake at 325 degrees for about an hour. This is hot but it's good. |
