COTTAGE CHEESE MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. low fat creamed cottage cheese
1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 egg
1/4 c. catsup
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. chopped green peppers
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
Dash black pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thoroughly mix all ingredients, except Parmesan cheese. Lightly pack mixture into an 8 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes; cut into squares. Makes 9 servings; 138 calories per serving.
