MEAT LOAF WITH CHEESE SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
1 sm. can evaporated milk

CHEESE SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix first seven ingredients well in a mixing bowl. Shape meat in 2 long loaves and place in greased baking dish. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and continue baking 15 minutes longer.

Heat soup and cheese until melted. Slice meat loaf on platter. Just before serving pour cheese sauce over loaf.
