APPLESAUCE TOPPED HAM 
2 tbsp. butter
2 center cut ham slices, 1/4" to 1/2" thick
1/2 c. applesauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Melt the butter in a large skillet over low heat. Add the ham slices and fry for 3 to 5 minutes on each side (if you use pre-cooked ham fry only for 2 minutes on each side).

While the ham is cooking, mix the applesauce, brown sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl. When the ham is ready, spread the applesauce topping on top. Serves 4.
