FLANK STEAK TERIYAKI | |
2 lbs. flank steak MARINADE: 3/4 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. honey 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion 1 lg. clove garlic 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger Combine all marinade ingredients. Pour over flank steak. Marinate 4 hours or more. Turn occasionally. Barbecue over hot coals, turning once (about 5 minutes each side for medium rare). Baste after turning. May be done under broiler but not the same! |
