TERIYAKI FLANK STEAK 
1 lb. flank steak
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. chopped green onions
2 tbsp. dry sherry or saki
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. each: sesame oil & red pepper flakes

Score flank steak across the grain on both sides and place in baking dish. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, turning once. Broil or grill meat 5 to 8 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Cut into thin slices across grain. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
