GRILLED TERIYAKI FLANK STEAK 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 flank steak (1 1/2 lbs.)
1 can of pineapple chunks

Thinly slice flank steak, crosswise. Combine soy sauce, garlic, sugar, lemon juice, oil, onion and pepper. Pour over steak, cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Turn meat once in a while.
