CHICKEN SQUARES 
2 c. diced chicken or ground turkey
1 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 c. rich chicken broth
2 eggs substitute
Pinch salt, pepper, and parsley

Brown ground turkey. Drain well. Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9 inch square casserole that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with salsa if desired. Low cholesterol.
