CHICKEN SQUARES 
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1 tbsp. pimento
8 oz. can crescent rolls
3/4 c. crushed croutons
2-3 tbsp. melted butter

Blend cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add next 6 ingredients. Separate crescent rolls and press into 4 rectangles. Place 1/2 cup or 1/4 mixture on each rectangle. Fold in corners. Brush with butter and top with croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
