1 lb. ground beef 1 lb. hot pork sausage 1 onion, chopped 1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chiles, drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 lbs. Velveeta 1 can chopped green chiles Brown ground beef, sausage, and onion; drain well. Blend Rotel tomatoes and green chiles and cream of mushroom soup. Melt Velveeta and chopped chiles in microwave. Add to meat and blended mixture. Serve hot with taco chips. |
