CHEESE AND SAUSAGE DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. hot pork sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chiles, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 lbs. Velveeta
1 can chopped green chiles

Brown ground beef, sausage, and onion; drain well. Blend Rotel tomatoes and green chiles and cream of mushroom soup.

Melt Velveeta and chopped chiles in microwave. Add to meat and blended mixture. Serve hot with taco chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

This recipe is the bomb. I did everything exactly like I should have and added a 'lil twist on things. I sprinkled a little Hidden Valley ranch dip mix in,it may be a teaspoon cause it is high in sodium (the HV Ranch Dip mix that is0.
