Make 1 yellow cake mix according to directions. Put in greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. (Do not use mix with pudding in.)

FILLING:

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 lb. ricotta cheese
1 tsp. vanilla, lemon, orange, rum or whatever flavor you desire

Mix filling together and pour over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Grease mixture will settle to the bottom. To serve top with any flavor of pie filling or fresh berries.
