CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. med. aged or sharp Cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pecan meal

Shred cheese, let set until soft, mix with soften cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Mix with mixer until well blended. Put in freezer for about 10 to 15 minutes. Make ball with hands. Roll in pecan meal.
