GOOD MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. onion, grated
1/4 c. corn meal
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1 egg

Mix and roll into 20 meat balls. Roll in flour and brown in fat. Put 1 1/2 cup tomatoes in baking dish. Place meat balls in mixture. With remaining flour from rolling meat balls, stir into fat and let brown as if making gravy. Pour this mixture over meat balls and tomatoes to help thicken. Cover and bake at 450 degrees for about 1 hour.
