BAKED CHICKEN COATING 
1 c. oatmeal
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. broiler fryer chicken, cut up, skinned
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted

Put dry ingredients in blender. Blend 1 minute. Coat chicken pieces with oat mixture, dip in milk, coat again with oat mixture. Place chicken on jelly roll pan and drizzle with butter. Bake 55 to 60 minutes in 375 degree oven.
