COATING FOR BAKING OR FRYING
CHICKEN & FISH
 
1 c. Grape Nuts
1 tsp. crushed rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic or onion powder
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Blend cereal to fine crumbs. Put in small bowl and add seasonings; mix well and add the oil, stirring to coat crumbs. Dip chicken or fish in water and then in coating. Keep unused mix in refrigerator in glass jar.
