SPAGHETTI SQUASH 
Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. Place cut side down on a paper towel. Pierce skin with fork several times. Microwave for 15 minutes on high.

Scoop out squash with fork. Season with butter, salt and pepper to taste. Can be used as a base for a main dish.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
