SPAGHETTI WITH CRAB SAUCE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. olive or salad oil
1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes, cut up
1 c. tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Hot red pepper sauce
1 lb. fresh crabmeat
1/4 c. sherry wine
1 lb. spaghetti noodles or spaghetti squash
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Saute onions, garlic, parsley and celery in oil until golden brown. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and seasonings. Simmer 1 hour. Add crabmeat and wine. Simmer a few minutes. Cook and drain spaghetti. Add spaghetti to sauce and mix well. Pour on platter and sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve immediately. Makes 5-6 servings.
