15 MINUTE BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak 1/4-1/2" thick (or stew beef)
2/3 c. water
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 env. onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour

Trim fat from meat. Cut into 1/4 inch strips. Brown meat quickly. Add water and mushrooms including liquid, stir in soup mix. Heat to boiling. Blend sour cream and flour. Add. Cook 2-3 minutes until thickened. Serve on rice or noodles.
