EASY BEEF STROGANOFF | |
2 lbs. stew beef, cut into bite-size pieces 1 can Golden mushroom soup 1 soup can wine (preferably red) 1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces), drained Put all ingredients in casserole and cook, covered, for 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 350 degrees. Serve over noodles. If more liquid is desired, add 1 cup of beef bouillon. |
