BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef stew meat
1/2 onion, chopped
6 oz. mushrooms, save juice
11 oz. tomato soup
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6-8 drops Tabasco sauce

Dip meat in flour; brown. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Combine seasonings, sour cream and mushroom liquid; pour over meat. Simmer until tender (1 hour).
