1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. beans, cooked
1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. apples, diced
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Mash beans and add to mixture. Sift dry ingredients together and add to mix. Add apples, raisins, nuts and vanilla. Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
