PINTO BEAN CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. pinto beans, cooked
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Beat well. Sift together dry ingredients. Whip beans in blender. Alternate beans with dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Add nuts. Bake 1 hour. Frost with brown sugar glaze.
