RHUBARB DESSERT 
1 box lemon cake mix (or yellow)
2 c. sugar
4-5 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. heavy cream

Prepare cake mix according to directions and pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Spread rhubarb over batter. Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb. Pour cream over top and bake 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or done. Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
