RHUBARB DESSERT 
4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. white cake mix
1/2 c. butter

Place rhubarb in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle sugar and gelatin over rhubarb. Add water. Spread dry cake mix over mixture in pan. Top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Bake until golden brown.
