RHUBARB TORTE DESSERT 
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
5 c. rhubarb, diced
6 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cream

MERINGUE:

6 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Crumble and press into 9 x 13 pan the butter, flour and 2 tablespoons sugar, bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees; mix sugar, egg yolks, flour, salt, cream and rhubarb, and pour over baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Then beat egg whites, salt and cream of tartar, gradually adding sugar and vanilla, put on baked mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
