RHUBARB TART DESSERT 
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Crumble together. Put into 8 x 8 pan. Press with hand and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

FILLING:

1 1/4 c. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. flour
1/3 c. cream or milk
3 c. rhubarb, cut in sm. pieces
3 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)

Add sugar, flour, milk, egg yolks. Mix. Then add rhubarb. Cook until done and filling is thick. Watch closely or it will burn.

MERINGUE:

6 tbsp. sugar
3 egg whites

Add a little cream of tartar. Bake to golden brown.
