RHUBARB DESSERT 
4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
1 pkg. white cake mix
1/2 c. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place rhubarb in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle sugar and gelatin over rhubarb. Add water. Spread dry cake mix over mixture. Top with butter. Bake until golden brown, 45 minutes.
