HAMBURGER HOT DISH DIVINE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
24 oz. shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (6 oz.) can French fried onion rings

Brown ground beef with chopped onions. Layer beef in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with has browns. Mix soup with sour cream; pour over potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover with onions rings and bake 10 minutes longer. Yields 4-6 servings.
