HOT HAMBURGER MEXICAN DISH 
2 lb. hamburger
2 lg. onions, chopped fine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
2 cans (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
1 can mild taco sauce
1 pkg. corn tortillas
3/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese

Fry hamburger, chili pepper and onions. Add mushroom and chicken soup. Stir. Then add enchilada and taco sauce. Pour into large casserole dish and put 6 tortillas, one at a time in the mixture all through. Put grated cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Note: The 2 green chilies can be omitted, since it makes the dish hot. Someone who really likes hot food can eat it.
