HEAVENLY POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns (Ore-Ida)
2 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 jar Baco's
1/2 c. minced onions

Melt cheese and mayonnaise in double boiler, stirring frequently. Mix hash browns (at room temperature) with cheese mixture. Pour into 9x13 inch pan; sprinkle with Baco's. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Good for a group dinner.
