HEAVENLY SOLE 
2 lbs. filet of sole or flounder

Brush fish with 2 tablespoons lemon juice and let sit for 10 minutes.

MIXTURE:

Meanwhile, combine:

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Hot sauce (dash)

Broil fish until it flakes with a fork (approximately 10 minutes). Spread mixture over fish and place under broiler until brown (about 3 minutes).
