2 lbs. potatoes O'Brian
1 can celery soup
1 stick butter
2 c. chopped or grated Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 c. sour cream
1 lg. buttered casserole
1 c. corn or potato chips, crushed

Put potatoes in casserole. Mix next 6 ingredients and pour over. Top with chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
