BROILED WRAPPED SHRIMP | |
1 lb. of fresh shrimp (med.-lg.) 10 to 12 slices of uncooked bacon 1 jar of honey-mustard Garlic powder Peel and devein shrimp. Cut bacon into approximately 3 inch pieces. Wrap each shrimp with one piece of bacon. Skewer with wooden toothpick. Brush with honey-mustard and sprinkle with garlic powder. Broil on lower rack of oven approximately 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot. If preparing larger quantities ahead of time, Shrimp appetizer can be re-heated in microwave - 1 to 2 minutes on med-high. |
