MICROWAVE SHRIMP 'N SAUCE
WRAP-UPS
 
8 slices bacon
8 lg. raw shrimp, cut in half
1 lg. green pepper, cut into 16 pieces
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. white wine
2 tbsp. chili
2 tbsp. plum or grape jelly

Microwave bacon until slightly brown, but not cooked 4 to 5 minutes. Cut bacon in half, wrap shrimp and pepper. Place in 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Mix last ingredients and pour over wrap-ups. Microwave 3 to 4 minutes until shrimp cooked.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
