BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3 c. cooked Minute Rice
1 medium onion, chopped
1 jar Cheese Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk

Boil broccoli in small amount of water just long enough to separate. Sauté onion in butter. Combine broccoli, onion and remaining ingredients in large casserole.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
