BROCCOLI OR SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese whiz
2 pkg. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, well beaten

Saute' onion in 4 tablespoons butter. Stir flour; add water. Cook stirring until thick. Blend in cheese. Combine sauce and thawed, drained broccoli or spinach. (Allow plenty of time for thawing, drain well.) Add eggs. Mix gently until blended. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole; cover with buttered crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
