BROCCOLI OR SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli 1 stick butter 8 oz. Velveeta cheese (don't substitute) 1/4 lb. Ritz crackers (1 stack) Cook broccoli 10-15 minutes in unsalted water. Drain well and mix with cheese and 1/2 stick butter. Melt other 1/2 stick and mix with cracker crumbs. Add crumbs to cheese mixture. Bake until bubbly. |
