BROCCOLI-SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
Pinch of sage
Fresh mushrooms (optional)

Cook vegetables and drain. Mix in cream cheese, butter, salt and pepper. Top with sliced mushrooms, then bread crumbs mixed with butter and sage. Bake in greased casserole for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
