BROCCOLI OR SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli or chopped spinach
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
2 eggs
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Cook frozen vegetables as directed and drain well. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into lightly greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 4 to 6.
