2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. flour
1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
Green cake coloring; optional

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil. Mix in bowl, egg whites, salt, and vanilla. Beat until stiff and alternate sugar; beat again until stiff. Add flour and stir until well blended. Fold in coconut plus a few drops of food color. Drop by spoon on cookie sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes until light brown. Cool and peel from cookie sheet.
