NO-BAKE MACAROONS 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. shredded coconut
1/4 tbsp. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix sugar, butter, milk, vanilla and peanut butter in saucepan and boil about one minute. Then mix together oats, coconut, cocoa and salt. Pour boiling mixture over these dry ingredients and mix. Drop by teaspoons on waxed paper.
