BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes chopped broccoli
2 cans mushroom soup
1 3/4 c. milk
12 oz. Velveeta cheese, chopped
2 c. rice (optional)
1 stick butter
1 lg. onion

Saute chopped onion and broccoli. Mix rice, soup, milk, and cheese. Fold the broccoli mixture into soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
