GRANDMA'S MAKES ITS OWN CRUST
COCONUT PIE
 
4 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Put in blender and mix. Pour into a greased 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown. Middle will appear rather soft. If you bake too long, you will have more of a cake.
