NO-CRUST COCONUT PIE 
3/4 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tall can evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can coconut

Put butter in saucepan and melt. Add ingredients as they appear. Stir well. Grease and flour 9" pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Quick and easy.
