SPECIAL RECIPE COLE SLAW 
1 medium green cabbage
1 whole garlic head
2 c. water
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
salt to taste

Shred cabbage by hand or in a food processor. Peel garlic cloves. Place in blender with water and puree. Combine garlic water with both oils, both vinegars and mayonnaise. Stir to mix and season to taste with salt. Pour over shredded cabbage. Combine well and chill before serving.

Serves 8.
